Mold Assessment
ERI is a Licensed Mold Assessment Company (TDSHS License #ACO0186) and Mold Analysis Lab (TDSHS License #LAB0115). Our consultants inspect the structure for visible mold growth, possible moisture sources, and collect mold bulk and air samples during the initial field investigation. After laboratory analysis to determine fungal spore identification and concentration, the consultant prepares a final report, documenting findings and providing recommendations. If needed, mold remediation protocols are prepared. Clearance samples are collected and analyzed upon successful remediation to document air quality.
