NEPA Studies

ERI provides NEPA studies in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  This act establishes a framework for protecting the environment, by assuring that proper consideration is given to the environment prior to undertaking any major federal or federally-funded action that significantly affects the environment.

Our NEPA Studies may include investigation regarding historical properties, flood plain management, wetlands protection, air quality, noise control, endangered species, contamination & toxic substances, etc.  A public comment provision is often called for.
