Phase II ESA

ERI provides in-depth Phase II investigations in all media, including air, water, and soil. We compare our Phase II investigation findings to the state’s guidelines (for example, the TCEQ’s Tier I and Tier II PCL’s), and determine if remediation (Phase III) or additional studies, such as the Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) are required. Our goal on Phase II ESA’s is simply to find the quickest, most economical path for determining the liabilities associated with the subject property.
